It will be Stephen and I don't think Stephen has the ego Jerry has. Stephen is smart enough to hire a GM because he's seen first hand what happens when you don't have a good GM. The Cowboys will struggle as long as Jerry is in control. He has too much power and too big of an ego. Its his way or the highway and his way doesn't work...........

Don't assume things won't change just because the team stays in the family. For all we know, Jerry's kids feel the same way the fans do. They could be looking forward to the day when they're in charge so they can do things differently.

After this weekend and Stephens deer in the headlights performance in the Day 1 Press Conference, I'd go with Charlotte.

I love how everyone thinks the biggest problem with the Team is a GM...

Just because we hire a GM doesn't mean we are Superbowl bound. It takes more then talent to win a Lombardi.

We have all the talent we need to win one yet we under-perform. We need a motivator and an outlook of... America's Team is a title that is earned not given.

If Jerry leads that attitude as GM or Owner it wont matter who we have as a GM...

A silver spoon (or a star on your helmet) is as good as the person who wields it...

She's the only one succeeding at her only job. Plus I never said she would be GM, she would be owner and let the football people be football people. Stephen sounds like a buffoon every time he tries to talk football. Without being prepped you saw the real Stephen Joness at the Day 1 press conference. Lost and befuddled.
