If the G-men win........Philly will again have choked like the dogs they are and still remain the only team in the division with no Lombardis.

This must be awfully tough for you to make the decision if you will celebrate a win from either an opponent team you like more than the other team. Perhaps I can help to clarify one aspect of your win-win perspective ...

It's true, the Eagles have had our share of choking in the past. But losing "while in" the playoffs is not considered choking ...losing before the playoff is considered choking!

Being close only counts in horseshoes and handgrenades!

Those two sentences do not work together.

You boys have been choking for 49 years.

Sorry but thats the truth.

Perhaps manning-up and getting tougher skin may resolve your being uncomfortable about rooting for the Eagles.
Hmmm. Okay.

No, I think I'll stick with laughing at you, and your lack of Super Bowls. Must be a biotch to have never experienced one.

:starspin:starspin:starspin:starspin

People like you and my brother are a constant reminder that Dallas could still be far, far worse off.

Eagles...I can't stand the thought of Eli being in or near another Super Bowl.
Also, I think the Eagles are better at this point.

I dont want both but we dont have any say since the boys sucked .... sigh!

I would like the eagles to beat giants and lose the next one.

In any case I dont want any of these two to goto the superbowl.

The Eagles, no question.

I'd like to see the Giants knocked out before a playoff win just like we were last year. It's the most gratifying scenario possible at this point.

Please, Philadelphia.

Their last game wasn't close, that's for sure. The Eagles dominated.

We don't do "ties" anymore ...that almost cost us a trip to the playoffs.:

PT

you mean that helped get you into the playoffs. the eagles had to come from behind down 10 in that game to kick a fg with 5min left to get into overtime and couldn't even get into bengal territory all OT. the eagles were lucky cinn missed the fg towards the end of OT.

i don't know who makes it off of tie breakers if you lose that game (same conf record, worse division record for the eagles and a split head to head) but it's amazing how tough the bengals played the whole NFCE.

if you want to count "NFL" championships...don't you have 3 in 75 years? 48 49 and 60?

compared to dallas' 5 superbowls in 48 years...

Personally I don't care. I hope its a good game because I love watching football and I hate blowouts.

My gut tells me that the Eagles are going to find a way to win. The Giants are kind of like in the position we were last year. And are playing like it too.

And its easier to play the underdog role because nobody expects anything of you.

I want the Giants to become the second NFC #1 seed to lose in the divisional round of the playoffs... It'd only be fitting!
it would be only fitting if we were the ones to beat them.

I will be rooting for the Eagles. It's the lesser of two evils in my case. I have to live with a Giants fan and I don't think I can stand another year of "Who were the Super Bowl Champs??"
I feel you I dated a Giants fan and she was the most annoying fan. Probably why it ended haha. I am not giving you any ideas.

Giants. I like the way they run things and dont let egos put themselves above their organization.

Plus, I despise the Philly fans. They dont deserve Reid or McNabb and maybe a loss would help the possibility that either might leave.

i want both of them to lose so right now i'd say i would root for the Eagles since i see them as underdogs and i always root for dogs. plus i feel sorry for the stupid eagles that they have to endure year afer year of cowboys fans ridiculing their throphy case. oh maybe not :trophy::suxiggle::eagles::disseags:

Carolina and San Diego are the only teams left who do not sicken me.

I dont care if Eagles win or Giants win this weekend.

I dont care which of the two wins next weekend.

As long as they dont win SB.
