The Cowboys can pick up any player they want off waivers they have the same shot at every player as every other team. We have the same shot as the teams that cut at noon, we have the same shot as teams that cut yesterday

and why would we claim any player off waivers that we just waived?

He's talking about players we cut who will land on other teams. It is a very legit thread and topic.
