Do you know why that hasn't happened already? People are doing with Star Wars what Cowboys fans do... Pay to see the content without demanding change instead of boycotting until change is implemented. It's hard to enact change when you're paying them hand-over-fist for garbage.

I thought this last movie was very good, despite the debacle that was the last one. But that doesn't mean I have to forgive Kennedy for being a terrible manager. What it isn't is a credit to Abrams piecing things together.

Having talked extensively with people that saw the movie and reading the entire plot online, it was a fanservice nod with little explanation and macguffins to make sure there were little to no consequences....but I'm glad you liked it. I won't be supporting Disney in any star wars endeavor until Kennedy is gone.

Holy of holies!! You won’t believe this...so I’m downtown right now and driving along when I see a real life replica R2D2 cruising around on corner. So I stop and run back to ask and see it,it’s a tech guy here who spent 1yr making it. It really was like the one in movies. Things open up he talks and does funny stuff...height and movements lights etc...everything detailed and working on it. All alloys dome and everything functions on own too. I told him if they don’t know about it...they probably should,because THAT was the best one I’ve ever seen. It was weird feeling like it was R2D2 you’re talking to. ...he’s also working on the hologram ...whoa,I mean this was as good as Lucas could do it. I’m still like “WTH did I just see?”

Alright GMO..your thread got me thinking,so this morning bought ticket with full 3D and D Box seats for Christmas ...the whole works and armed with 4 Kit Kat mint dous bars. This should be fun...
