- TO spat in D Hall's face.
+ TO scored 2 TDs.
+ TO congrats every single o lineman after his 2nd TD.
+ TO gave major props to MB3 after his last TD run.
+ In the post game PC TO says (and I loosely quote) "I've had some problems with drops so I stayed after practice every day this week and worked on things. It helped today."
+ TO played thru ligament damage to one of his fingers instead of having season ending surgery.
Total:+4

So if all of your pluses = 1 and all of your minuses = -1 you are saying that TO giving "major props" to a player who has just scored a touchdown cancels out spitting in another players face? Are you kidding? You are supposed to congratulate your teammates when they score a touchdown. That's not something you should be getting praised for. People riding TO's jock will search for every single non-negative thing that he does and try to hold that up as evidence that he's a team player. I give him credit for playing through the injury, that takes guts, but trying to say that because he high fives his linemen on the sideline all of a sudden he's a good teammate is ridiculous

28 pts against?

TO Spitting?

NO game still in my mind?

Tony Romo with some nutty passes?

The defense getting torched....by Mike Karney part2!!! :bang2: ?

Parcells pouting?

No pass rush?

No Blitz?

Julius softer than melted butter?

Could it be any or all of these reasons? OR am I looking to much at the negatives?

You may not be enjoying it but I sure as hell am! A win is a win, man!

I'm pleased with scoring 38 points on the road! I'm pleased with a defense that in the 2nd half only gave up 7 points! I'm pleased with a free safety that finally made a play on the ball (Pat Watkins).... I think you all get the point...

Go Boys'! :star:

I watched the whole game in an Atlanta bar, and all I can say is that what we witnessed was Michael Vick living up to his enormous physical potential for about 20 minutes.

He beat every good cornerback on our team, and those weren't the most impressive plays he made on the night. The most impressive was the on-the-run pickup of the fumble that our #50 should have fallen on.

This was a QB on fire, and no disrespect to our defense, when a QB is as -accurate- as Michael was in that period, they're going to be burned.

But it seems as if we adjusted well to what was a shootout. Romo stopped throwing low sidearm passes. We defended a bit better, and on the crucial 4th down play, Tnew took out the pass to Vick's favorite receiver.

When MB3 started running for big yards, I knew we had worn them out. It was rocky for 3 quarters, but it was a classic Parcells ending.

Give credit where credit is due. The other guys were playing fantastic football for a while. We won, and we won in large part because that FA rookie QB of ours kept his cool and played better as the game wore on.

David.

Ah yes, the mighty Atlanta Falcons. The same team that didn't score its first offensive points against the lowly Bucs till three minutes remained in the third quarter. They had no such problem tonight.

Our performance in our division is not exactly stellar either. The last Commanders game, for example?

In a year, few people will remember the details, other than it was a win when we needed it.

We can make the spitting incident a minus 2. He still comes out plus 3! We can take away the congratulation of the teammate which I added because people like to point at what they believe as TO not being a team player. That still leaves plus 2! Get it? ok.

About your comments regarding me trying to use one instance as proof that TO is a team player... why don't you just watch his every action on the field and then watch the post game press conferences? Everything he has said and done has been team team team. I realize by taking this stance I look like the consummate TO apologist. I did the exact same thing for Romo back when I believed we were spinning our wheels with Bledsoe. It's all good. I just believe the guy takes some very unfair criticism by not only the media but the fans of the team he has helped to 9-5.

Believe me, this sig is temporary and it's my way to bring reality to the forefront. Within a few days you'll see my favorite Romo sig back where it belongs. I love me some Romo more than anyone else on this team.

I see the spitting as uncalled for but better yet I see through the rest. When you take away the blind hatred of TO you also will see a D Hall that was so burnt last night that the only thing he could do, since he obviously could do nothing on the field, was to cry to mommy media. D Hall is a punk *** that couldn't let his actions do the talking. He went to the media machine instead. Punk.
