Why can't we trade Dak to a team that absorbs some of his contract?

I bet ya, Carolina, Houston or the NY Jets would give up 2 first rounders for DAK....They want franchise QB in the worst way....and be willing to pay...DAK might even get a pay raise, Then sign Carr or Jimmy G as short term solutions

Two things would hold back the deal IMO....
1. No Trade Clause in DAKs contract
2. The 2023 Dead Cap would increase to something like 39mil for the Cowboys (not sure tho)
The only way you are getting two first rounders for Dak is if you get Howie "Satan" Roseman to work the deal.

If you felt the way you say you do you wouldn’t be here. I can’t imagine anyone who’s been following the Cowboys since the 70s being so put off with Dak they would give up on the team. Are you going to tell me this is the worst QB situation you’ve seen with the team since you’ve been following the Cowboys? Do you believe he’s worse than Gary Hogeboom and Steve Peuller? Do you believe he’s worse than Quincy Carter and the other QBs we used during the early 2000s?
Man, I have answered your questions. Explained how I feel as best I can. You need to just accept that I may still participate in some discussions and still have no interest in watching this team as long as they have a QB I have zero confidence in.

Jerry will never trade Dak because that would say he made a mistake. And Jerry don’t make mistakes. Lol!

I just find it funny when fans say they’ve given up on the team either because of Jerry or Dak and go as far as saying they’re not going to watch the games anymore but still come around to talk Cowboys football.
