No way. They're already making a bust in Canton for him and Rico Gathers.Absolutely fear?
I'm excited too. But let's tap the breaks a little. OK?
May as well get Switzer's done while they're it. Maybe the Cowboys can get a volume discount. No way. They're already making a bust in Canton for him and Rico Gathers.
I hate it when people say this, sorry. I haven't seen anyone say Jaylon will have a HoF career. I'll I've seen is excitement in what he can bring since we haven't had elite talent at LB other than Lee in almost decades. That means people are hoping he's better than the likes of Bradie James, nothing more.No way. They're already making a bust in Canton for him and Rico Gathers.
But Smith will have to prove he can play first, then will have to claim the starting job. He may come along rapidly, or they may have to use him in certain situations, like some blitzing, to minimize the effect of having to wear a brace. There is just no real reason to expect that brace to be gone this season, if ever, and that is going to dictate how slowly Dallas has to bring Smith along. And despite our fervent hopes, it may keep him from ever becoming the player he could have been. However, the team is obviously taking the long view on him, and if he is still more limited than we would like this year, he still has a couple more years to either heal or adjust to his ankle. Just be prepared for the team to remain patient, even if you aren’t.
It's the hyperbole.I hate it when people say this, sorry. I haven't seen anyone say Jaylon will have a HoF career. Do you think the Giants absolutely fear Jaylon Smith? The Commanders? Are they terrorized at the prospect of facing him this year? I doubt it.
Everybody's hoping for the best. Cowboy's fans are unanimous in that. But let's see him actually on the field before we settle on extreme opinions.
No **** nobody has said he's going to be a HOFer. Did you think I was serious? It's called sarcasm.I hate it when people say this, sorry. I haven't seen anyone say Jaylon will have a HoF career. Just in case someone missed this tidbit.....

Don't forget that player on the Browns IR, Darius Jackson! No way. They're already making a bust in Canton for him and Rico Gathers.
Pretty sure he knew that. That's why he said what he said.No **** nobody has said he's going to be a HOFer. Did you think I was serious? It's called sarcasm.
It's the same lame joke in every Jaylon thread then. People just want him to play and help, but people seem to think that's the same as expecting Ray Lewis to be added to the roster. No **** nobody has said he's going to be a HOFer. Did you think I was serious? It's called sarcasm.
