One word....FULLBACK
Four words...Run the darn ball.

Monday night football should end the discussion of how to win football games in the NFL. You throw to score, run to win, and defense wins championships. It will never, never, never, ever change.

Yes because 10 points is all you need to win in this league . Why bother having a quarterback. Just put a six four , 300 pound full back back there

wait you run to win. but scoring is bad...so we shouldn't throw.... does high winds have anything to do with it by any small chance?

however, I do agree, defense wins championships.....

Weather dictated this game and Bellichick is playing chess while most coaches are playing checkers. He knows his division well and always finds players to fill a void. He sits tight at 15 and gets a QB while teams like Carolina, NYG, Denver etc are still looking and aren’t winning anything anytime soon. The guy is smart year round. That’s why they win. It’s much deeper than just running the football. He plays to his strengths and the team is very well prepared!

What is YOUR definition of a big game?

I thought it was because Belichick is easily top 5 coach in the history of the game, arguably the goat.

Actually, the Bills inability to run was the problem. The Pats are a run first team with a really good defense. And the wind negated the Bills only advantage. Missed easy FG didn't help.

Don't underestimate what can be achieved when a team consistely doesn't get called for many penalties or flags thrown in critical situations.....its a big advantage

You are absolutely....wrong. It takes 1 point more than your opponent at the end of a game to win a game.
