Why did the line move to 9.5?

Something is telling me Geno Smith is not playing Thursday to rest his elbow. That's weird that the line would jump from 6.5 to 9.5 without a major injury?
I wondered why it was so low when you see how well Dallas plays at home but yes to see it jump they must think Walker and Geno aren’t playing.

I actually want Geno to play with their horrible offensive line. Walker is the key. He is a legit runner. The UCLA kid is not ready. The matchup will be their defense vs our offense. They have a good front seven and probably the best secondary we will play for the rest of the regular season.

Geno got hurt against the Rams on 11/19 but played the entire game against the 49ers on 11/23. If he were still hurting after the injury then it seems like he would have missed the game against the 49ers. The Seahawks can't afford to be resting people right now because they are in a dog fight for a playoff spot. The line going up probably has more to do with lots of people putting money on Dallas to win the game. Vegas is trying to leverage some of the risk by increasing the line so people start placing money on Seattle. That way if Dallas covers the line Vegas doesn't take a bath on the game.

Vegas looked at Dallas' home stats.

This is the type of game that concerns you because there is probably so much money on Dallas that someone is going to make a lot of cash if Seattle covers.

Is Walker even playing?

Walker was a DNP yesterday and missed last week. He likely won’t play on a short week. But stranger things have happened

Geno is not 100% and may not play and the Cowboys have been dominant at home, so the line continues to move. Makes sense.

Seattle has to win this game. It should be all hands on deck for them. Their schedule is brutal.

The line opened up at Dallas -7 and is now at -9. It will probably go back to -8/8.5 by kickoff. I will be surprised if it moves to -10.
