Why did we bench Tony Romo for Dak

I'm sure its been said in this 8 page thread debate over Romovsdak. But Romo covered up this O scheme for years. I can only blame Dak but so much. No, he's not Romo and never will be. But when you don't call a game to your teams strengths and try to make your QB something he's not while giving him meh talent to throw to. He's going to struggle.
