I've been wanting to say that for a long time, and since you opened the gate I don't mind saying it too. Just because his dad posts here doesn't mean hes the next coming of Fabini. Frankly, theres reasons beyond his weight he went in the 6th round. Shawn Andrews was just as big and he went in round one. He isn't ready physically for speed rushers, bull rushers, inside moves, nothing. One little move and guys get by him. Thanks for making us rely on up the middle runs which cost us the game Tucker and Pettiti.

Amen brother

Another game we DOMINATED defensively and lost because our pourous offense can't rely on our pampered tackle to stop someone from beating him to the INSIDE. Im in highschool and i know. You stay ON THEIR INSIDE LEG!!!! Thats not a hard concept!!

I think the kid is alright for a 6th rounder. He sure has exceeded my expectations. I seem to recall Pittdawg specifically stating he didn't want anyone here treating his son's performance with kid gloves. Pittdawg is a big boy; I'm sure he can handle it.

yeah hes alright for 6th rounder, he should continue to improve his ALRIGHT play for a 6TH ROUNDER, in practice, not in games WHERE IT COUNTS.

I thought the oline could handle a rookie like Petitti as long as Flozell was on the other side. You can get by with weaknesses if you have other strong guys who can make up for it or don't need help. Where are all the folks who said Flozell was overrated and wouldn't be missed much, now?

You expect him to dominate? I was just glad we didn't have Tucker or Vollers over there. I seem to remember getting upset all the time watching Tuinei early in his career and he turned out to be a BEAST.

With time, anything is possible. It's just not an injury the Cowboys can handle right now, though, with Rob still learning. Really going to hurt our offense for the rest of the year with Flozell out.

I totally agree. Tucker protecting the blind side + a rookie on the other side = the Bledsoe many were concerned about coming into the season.

Petitti was beaten bad too many times

Our conservative playcalling killed us all game and with clock winding down we throwa stupid out with no upside.

Prevent D predictably prevented us from winning.
