To me it's the fact they wait too long to sign core players. Or they have good but not great guys like Osa who pretty much been holding it down about to hit free agency. Dude should've been signed last year for half or a quarter of what's he is about to get now.

A number of guys signed early didn't pan out as expected but they were 2nd and 3rd tier guys that showed upside to breakout.

However, guys like Lamb and Parsons that proved themselves over multiple seasons should have been prioritized to spread out deals.

Jerry and Steven want to prove to the world they can win “their way”. No matter the cost. It’s their life long cry and always will be. Deep down Jerry knows the only credit he gets for the 90’s dynasty is for bringing in Jimmy, and signing the checks for the guys Jimmy brought in. I have kids that might be your age. 18-27
They were brainwashed from birth to love the Cowboys. Now their babies are fans. And I always hear about me being a cult leader who forced them into this land of despair every year since they were born. I know it’s hard for your age to keep hanging on. Make a choice and commit to it! Go All In lol
