Why doesn’t the media turn on Jerry Jones?

The man is constantly giving his opinion and never wins anything at GM. Jerry is cheap and has no intention of making a splash because of the Roy Williams trade. The eagles go out and get all pro wrs and safeties and we sign players who never live up to their contracts. Jerry doesn’t want to win and has shown he doesn’t know how to win.The Rangers are more important than the Cowboys right now. Every other team in the area at least gets to the championship game except Jerry’s.
Is that the media's job? That's typically the job of the fans. The media's job is to report. Most of them aren't even Cowboy fans to begin with.

The Dallas media doesn't need to, because all the national media carries the torch for them. The four (4) biggest lap dogs in the DFW area are, (in no particular order) Mickey Spagnola, Mike Fisher, Brad "the" Sham, Babe Laughable....its gotten beyond pathetic.
Those guys aren't even "media" lol. They literally work for the Cowboys lol.

Probably because they are working for or want to remain employed in dfw.

Who wouldn't want to work for Jerry, where there's zero pressure to win?

Because they need access. Cowboys are by far the most popular team in town. If they cut off your media access, you’re screwed.

For the next ten days another area pro sports franchise is playing for a title. The trade deadline may pass before the World Series is over and Jerry is off the hook.

The big names in local media harshly criticized Jethro . Like Hansen , Galloway and others for decades. Local beat writers in local papers still critique his ways and decisions .

If those guys turned on Jerry, Jerry would deny access to the team. That would end their careers. Those guys are smart enough to know Dallas is a head line grabber all times during the year. Journalist love head lines and that means they love the Cowboys and for their paychecks they love Jerry.

It’s a vicious cycle that causes the fans to be hurt because there’s no accountability for Jerry because everyone around Jerry gets paid. Whether or not they deserve it. And like I said before, the fans have been hurting for 27 years.
The problem is the fans are sending Jethro the wrong message. He isn’t changing his ways with the top revenue franchise in the league.

He’s assuming with their enormous financial success that everyone is more than pleased with the product. Why shouldn’t he .

Because the Dallas media is soft **.
jerry may own them or pay them off somehow.
If reporters offend jerry he will just ban them, and then that person might get fired.
The media is also very PC and cowboy friendly.

Start your own media website and blast jerry weekly and see if you make some money at it.

This get is to the argument that you can’t blame the fanzz. Nothing will change until the cowboys stop making money.

How can we send him the right message? I'd do anything to let Jerry know that a fan of 48 years is almost ready to give up. I'm ready to give up on the Cowboys due to absolute hopelessness of winning again due to Jerry's handling of the franchise. If there is any way to send him that message I am all for it.

He is cheap and talk is cheap. For a man that says he would give anything to win a Super Bowl and then watch your two rivals trade for Brown and McCaffry and do nothing is cheap. We don’t want to hear about resigning Dak and his future cap hit. Trade for Henry and a real WR and put your money where your mouth is.
"Do what I want you to do or I'll go to an online message board and complain! Rabble rabble rabble!!!!!"

I think they hate the Cowboys and the longer Jerry keeps on doing Jerry things, we will forever be in purgatory and the Cowboys will win nothing!

It's the fans that need to turn on him. But you keep buying tickets and merchandise.
Lemmings and sheep.
