We struggled in all phases of the game in the first half. Our running game was anything but good. Tony was off target ALOT! Had we been playing a better team we would have turned the ball over at least 3 times.
Our D gave up 26 first downs, 450 yards and 3 TD's to a team that everyone thought was one of the worst teams this year! They are a rebuilding team and for us to play SO poorly is a disgrace.
We only reached 18 first downs! This kinda play will kill our D by December! We had 0 sack 0 turnovers and we were only 50% in the redzone!
THIS IS NOTHING TO BE HAPPY ABOUT! Be happy about the Special teams because they kept us in the game!
If we play like this against the Giants, Eagles and Commanders you can kiss this season goodbye and start scouting next year's draft picks now.
I kinda think it would have served this team better had we lost this game because if fat Wade thinks that this will happen against teams who have any kind of talent then we should start looking for a HC NOW!
I can't believe that people on this forum are acting as if we won the superbowl. So we showed the world we can go toe to toe with what alot of people are calling the worst team in the NFL. This is nothing to be proud of! It makes me sick.

It was on the road, bucs are obviously better than everyone thought, hell they all think we are a 7-9 team so......

Romo overcame a rough start and put up career stats, all the wrs did well.
as far as running game, and running defense - better we have film now and still won the game don't you think???

You know why I'm happy? Because I'm in this for the fun of it. I follow football religiously, but I'm carefree when our expectations are terrible. Why shouldn't I celebrate? We don't get a half-win for this because our defense played poorly, we get that *1* in the first column.

Why am I so happy? Because right now, we're undefeated. We're perfect. We are first in the division. We are first in the conference. We are first in the league. I don't have to be a stubborn naysayer to call myself a Cowboys fan, and I'm curious as to where and when you deemed yourself worthy to make such decisions. I'm happy because I cheer for the best team in the history of football, go ahead and try to tell me otherwise.

We don't play on the team, we're fans. There's nothing wrong with enjoying a win.

Your "I almost wish we lost" has me lost, personally. We won, we made many mistakes, and that will keep everyone level-headed in knowing that there's room for improvement for sure.

If you think that Wade and co. will take the Giants game lightly because we beat the Bucs with some ease, I'd really have to question your motives. You did bring up some good points about things to improve, but be a realist, the coaches and players are always looking to improve.

God forbid we enjoy a win, you should try it some time.

I understand what your'e saying, and I do agree with you. There are plenty of things this team is going to have to improve on. But you play week by week and all you want is a W. We got the W, let's just hope our coaches/players go back to Valley Ranch, watch some film, and improve on pretty much everything.

this game lookes like a blow out given the final score but it was shaky early in the 2nd half.

Poor play by Leftwich (missing open guys on 3rd and short) with little pressurte was a gift and poor coverage by TB letting wr get TD's off of basic routes makes Romo look better than he actually played. The first half he was not going through his progressions and only looking at one option. If TB goes up on us early in 2nd half the game could have been completely different.

And the play calling...up by two TD's, the D playing well and they call 3 straight passes. One should have been picked but williams knocks it away. TB blew some assignments making it easy on Dallas but another team wont be so forgiving.
