Actually it's not the money. It's the kind of coach he seeks, a puppet, bow down, lap dog who is willing to coach under his conditions and instructions. Those coaches do not cost a lot of money. So you don't pay them a lot of money. Why pay $5k for a cheap men suit from a store that sells groceries too. ?

He won't pay top level coachs because they won't put up with his bullcrap. Say "yes, boss" to him while making $25.50 an hour and you have a job for 10 years. Ask Garrett.
