Why is Jerry cheap on coaching

[nate dizzle]

Jerry does not value good coaching. It has cost this franchise many times over the last 3 decades. His kids are next in line and they are all yes men. 50 years as a fan. I hate to say. Until the jones sell the team. I have to walk away. Opinions

You aren't walking away.

Sirianni gets $15 million per year. Understanding he had to earn it, first. That makes Tomlinson a bargain at $18 million.

Problem is I am really not sure how much better it would be with Tomlinson. Yes Defense might improve but your offense will start to suffer. Steelers were a smash mouth team (which i'd be ok with) lots of Play action passing (Dak is good at). problem is Coaches bring in there guys and Tomlinson will redo entire coaching staff and i doubt Dak would like that as well beef with GP3 and Tomlinson & Jerry plays to the players rather than the coaches.

I am OK with rocking the boat Jerry is too old to do it. Steven might be ok with it. but will not go against Daddy while he's paying his checks
