Why is Romo not protected by the refs?

Romo hasn't been called for a single attentional grounding in his entire career, just fyi.

This was a joke right? Of course I assume you meant "intentional".
Romo has been called for grounding numerous times including the playoff game against the Giants (which the league later apologized for).

Romo definitely is not protected by the refs. He took a late shot last year against the Eagles where he hurt his back and they let it go. I've seen multiple times when he has had his helmet hit and nothing is called.

How many penalties have our opponents been called for this year? Not blaming our losses on that, but it really is lopsided.

I know man I know. Just easing the pain with some needed humor, at least on my end.

That's intentional grounding. We're talking about attentional grounding.

Oh ok. So you were joking. Good. Almost made me stop using tupperware.

Yea, Romo gets flat out killed and I never see a flag.

Its almost like the league is pissed with Jerry and the Boyz for some reason???

So are you guys saying refs are not impartial, not fair, sometimes favor one team over another, not bias, and probably don't sway penalties because they have money bets certain teams???

Utterly ridiculous. ;)

Conspiracy.

I doubt the league is pissed, but some of these refs clearly do not like the Cowboys, and they have the power to ensure they don't have success.

That recent play was not, and should not have been a penalty.

He was hit in the shoulder and momentum made it look otherwise. The initial hit was on his shoulder.

I think that is was a huge contributing factor in the Vikings game. Romo was hit very hard even before Flo went down (no calls), and he got skiddish.
