I am looking forward to read your opinion.I'm going to make it a point to pay closer attention to him.

Yes damn it.The ten other players on the field and the crap gameplan and scheme had nothing to do with it? Damn, I thought you were one of the more knowledgeable guys on here. Oh well...
But, when it does...he'll be hell on wheels. My emotions say, get rid of the kid, his left one has not dropped yet, it seems.
Now you're getting...I agree with you.Yes damn it.
As long as people see things the way you do they are knowledgeable.
Else you offend them.
It’s a safe bet that he will get paid by Dallas.I would not sign him at 40 million or even 35 million
Highlight reel but no championship impact
Thats why Jerry loves him
Going backwards proves nothing, going forward is the goal and he has not live up to those backward numbers. Stop living in the past. And once he gets paid, it will get even worse. He is after his bag and his little tweet machine.
Well its pretty clear, that Parsons just cant prosper long term going up against OL players that outweigh him by a bunch. This is what I was getting at in my original post that many on here take exception to
I’m not blaming Parsons. I just don’t see him as a big enough difference marker to justify $40+M per.The ten other players on the field and the crap gameplan and scheme had nothing to do with it? Damn, I thought you were one of the more knowledgeable guys on here. Oh well...
Likely the sentiments of the other 31 NFL franchises. This and the fact he wants a huge contract extension make him little value in trade. He doesn’t show up in big games and contending teams are able to neutralize him, making him a non factor. He’s not a leader and fans have become put off with him. He’s not worth the money!
We’ve argued this before.Likely the sentiments of the other 31 NFL franchises. This and the fact he wants a huge contract extension make him little value in trade.
It's the Cowboys thing to do....just like Dak, pay him a king's ransom and then preach run the ball first. Too much money being spent on players you can do without and still remain status quo. In other words, mediocre.Pay him a kings ransom and put him on a pitch count because you can't count on him to give you full effort for 17 games?
You have to see the wrongness with what you're suggesting, right?
It's so dumb. It's the Cowboys thing to do....just like Dak, pay him a king's ransom and then preach run the ball first. Too much money being spent on players you can do without and still remain status quo. In other words, mediocre.
When a player gets their bag they then become made men, newly minted made man that is. You are right about a players not being the same afterwards. And I may add they are injured a lot or season ending and never recover from it to be the same player ever again.I TOTALLY agree, just seems like this way with all these players, have a great contract year to get the bag, get the bag and they're not the same player, I guess the hunger isn't there anymore since they got what they wanted!!!!!
You're paying 40+ million for a pitch count pass rusher, he shouldn't ask for that much if he's going to be on a pitch count
After getting the bag the drive isn't there. For example, I can see Micah being at practices that he wasn't attending last season due to prior planned engagements, he'll be here this year, but next year after getting the bag, you won't see him! When a player gets their bag they then become made men, newly minted made man that is. You are right about a players not being the same afterwards. And I may add they are injured a lot or season ending and never recover from it to be the same player ever again.
Part time should come at less salary not more.
This is simply not true..........this is sillywhy he is a no show for most of the season and during playoffs.
Contenders know better than give up draft assets for a very expensive edge rusher. That’s the difference between teams that know what they’re doing and those that struggle to figure out how to genuinely compete for a Super Bowl. Few teams need defensive line help more than the Dallas Cowboys and they haven’t extended Parsons. And they don’t have to give up anything assets to acquire him. We’ve argued this before. You’re kidding yourself if you continue to think he has little trade value. He has great trade value for a contending team that has a lot of pieces defensively but needs a great pass rusher. We have too many holes defensively especially up front which enables opponents to focus on him. DWare went to a contending team that had a solid defense with Von Miller and helped make it a great unit that dominated a SB. Parsons would make a HUGE impact on complete defense. It would be like when the Cowboys added Charles Haley to an already talented defense in 92. He made our D a great unit that was dominant.
Generational talent. You guys are full of crap. So blind you want to get rid of a generational talent. I didn’t know there were so many Nico Harrison’s
He was either getting tired at the end of the season or he just didn't give a damn. I re-watched one game at the end of last season and he basically quit on 12 different plays! I don't believe he has that "it" to be an all-time great and that's what this next contract will pay him!I'm not sure that is him getting tired. Teams start to figure eachother out by mid season. When you're having trouble stopping the run, the sacks come to an end.
You may not know this ..........but several top elite rushers ( Garrett, Watt, Miller, DWare, and quite few others) playoff stats are very similar. Since so much has been made of him not showing up in the playoff, I decided to do a comparison. Went 20-25 years back looking at HOFers pass rusher playoff stats ( even LT and the late Reggie White ). To my surprise, his post-season stats are on par with other elites. In fact, at his age, he is close to matching or passing Watt and Garrett who are 4-5 years older.Micah Parsons has had 8 solo tackles, 10 assists and 1.0 sack in 4 games in the playoffs in his career.
And this guy deserves 40 million or 37 million or 35 million per year?
Maybe you “need to watch” more football?
