No way Dak has a refund policy in his contract.

Well, that's another Jerry question that cannot be answered in a timely manner. That would be like asking: Why is Jerry still the owner of the Cowboys? Somethings just don't have sensible answers to inquiring questions.......LOL!Injuries are a part of the game, but so is team building! How can you build a team and you're paying a guy a huge amount of money, and he gets hurt often, that's strapping our team from getting other resources. I'm just it would be hard as hell for Jerry to sell this to an agent/players, but at this point, we're paying too much, and not getting the money back on our investments with these injuries. The last injury clause I remember was with Gerald McCoy who rightfully needed one. It's just a thought, how about it. Now please give your thoughts!!!

I don't know but season ending operation by a surgeon would be a good starting point. What's the motivation of a player doing that to help a team from cap relief? Players want to play. How would decide what is a real injury? How would you know if someone intentionally delayed their rehab?
He already has it. 87 million of his contract is insured. No way Dak has a refund policy in his contract.
