Why Schotty was the wrong hire

Schotty was the wrong hire because Jerral liked him. Only twice did Jerral not bring in a yes man and we had success and real signs of success before they were run out.

I don't think the Cowboys will be a winner until the team is sold. There is no one in the family that has the chops to say I don't know and hire some expertise.
All true^^^

Jerry will never sell, so something else has to happen......

Sounds like you didn't spend much time watching the offense last night. They sucked almost as bad as the defense. This great offense you are absolving of any blame could only manage 16 points against an 0-4 defense. I don't normally say that Dak sucks and almost never lay the blame for a loss solely on his back, but last night he sucked. No, he isn't the only blame for the loss, but to give him a pass would be flat out wrong. He played a part. Period.
In defense of the offense, the Bucs defense is now top 10.

They were #23 before that game but that's irrelevant

Pretty sure other QB’s thrown INT’s and and good passes that are dropped but still manage to win games. Friggin’ Jameis Winston threw 3 TD’s and 2 INT’s last week, I didn’t watch the game but I’m willing to bet there were a few dropped balls as well.

And I’m not absolving the defense but Dak absolutely had a large part in the loss and part, not all, of the reason the defense was out there so long was because Dak made some poor choices and throws that would have kept the offense on the field and the defense off.
Maybe after 15 seasons of this, one day the Dak Supporters will wake up and realize "Hey, maybe this guy can't carry a team to a Super Bowl."
