Why there is zero hope for this organization

As time goes on I see the biggest issue being that we don’t have a long term team strategy. Every year we kind of change direction and then are left with holes.

For example as I am watching the games today…I remember we wanted Kincaid. Buffalo moved in front of us and drafted him. Then we take Mazi I think and in round two we draft the TE from Michigan whose name I am to lazy too luck up. Bills take Torrance with the next pick. Two valuable picks. Zero production. If we had a philosophy we wouldn’t be chasing need every year.

I said I was surprised at how well he played this season.. that's it..
 
Sam Darnold is a perfect example of a mid QB who, if surrounded by players on both sides of the ball, actual coaching and an actual GM, can do in the NFL. Points 1 and 2 are no-brainers, and point 3 is well, Dak. As much as he hasn't been "it", he also shouldn't have been put in the position to have to be. When your franchise expects him to do it all, it fails like it has when it matters. I am as critical as most about Dak, but we all know where the problem lies with this franchise. and it isn't ending soon

Did i say dak was crap? No.

I'm a simple guy. I like just answering the actual question and not playing games.

You replied to a guy that asked "when did dak ever win three hard games in a row"....like you have to do in playoffs.

You replied to him "he played well this year".
He usually plays Well in regular season when we dont have to win three hard games in a row...so not sure your point.

Really? What would you be saving anyone from exactly? I mean, none of us get paid by the team, and no one from the Cowboys organization is holding us hostage so no, win or lose, our lives do go on just fine but thanks for checking up
 
I dont have another 20-25 years...and I dont think anyone else's has the intestinal fortitude to wait that long either......so we all should throw in the towel....

SCENARIO: We know that it takes either 3 or 4 games to win a Super Bowl depending on if you get the 1 seed or not...having said that, when have you EVER seen Stats win 3 or 4 games IN A ROW against top competition??? I'll answer for you....NEVER....and he NEVER will.

Bottom line is that NOTHING is going to change until Booger and Chuckles are both out of the picture....it seriously could be another 20-25 years....not kidding folks.

I've been doing that since I grew up, 35 years ago. I love the team, but after then game is over, it's over. I do not like fans that constantly batch our team.....that, I don't understand. Criticize, blow off steam, call Jerry stupid, Dak a choker, make fun if ping pong....that's all part of the fun, but to let it consume you to the point that you have Jerry on the brain, 24/7 etc....that's just funny and sad, at the same time.

Just lower your expectations but don't throw in the towel. The players that represented the Dallas Cowboys way before Jerry ever bought the team is why I say this. They sacrificed it all. Blood, sweat, tears. Laid it on the line. From Bob Lilly to Roger, and those 90s teams. Hang in there. Not saying buy merch or go to games. I'm saying have a bit more faith. Not in man, but in God. Sometimes fate has a funny way of surprising us , just when things look their worst, then bam, things get better. We owe it to the greats that wore that star. Keep supporting the players. In spite of the Jones clowns, someday, we will win again. Hopefully not when flying cars are the norm lol
