Why there is zero hope for this organization

Robert Kraft is 10 times the owner that Jerry is. Firing Jerrod Mayo,not excepting losing, then his humility to the fans showed me a lot. That organization recognized a big mistake, pointed at themselves, and made corrections. One year later, with many of the same players, could be in yeg another SB game. Here we are going on 31 years, and Jerry finally realizes MAYBE that we need to try something new. It's hard being a Dallas fan, but I'm not backing away. I'm all in. We fans need to speak success into existence,despite ownership.
 
The whole organization is a joke! Jerry has taken a once proud winning organization and turned it into a laughable team that no team outside the NFC east is afraid of. Dak is nothing more than Jerry’s rah rah ring master clown. Players leave Dallas to win and players come to Dallas to get paid.
It’s really sad how some fans actually believe in the Cowboys. Every season there is this false hope!

Its based merely on humanitarian reasons.
 
I'm not sure they are the best team in the state. Arch Manning could have probably put up 40 points against this defense. With a lucky break or two on defense against the Dallas offense, who knows.

I'm not too worried about the rest of the NFC East, yet anyway. Philly is always 2 minutes away from mutiny and that salary cap magic is going to wear off at some point. I don't see Harbaugh making the Giants a force instantly and a Football Team by any other name would still smell like garbage.
 
The Joneses will always make the wrong decisions and build a losing culture. Demarcus Lawrence was right: We're never winning a super bowl in Dallas because we're built for the limelight but will never be tough enough for the playoffs. It's not about talent or coaching or luck or whatever. It's the culture.

Very true.

This team loses actual games in the fall and winter, but they are often already lost in the previous offseasons.

Speaking of Lawrence, he didn’t look “tired” last night.

The things you can get away with in Dallas. No coach could ever motivate a team properly because Jerry has to have it known that he is the boss, and it under cuts the authority of the HC.

That part is never going to end until he is gone..at best.

It's culture. In Dallas, everyone wants to be a hero 'cause you'll be the star.

 
In my opinion and from an an onfield performance near future perspective, they will continue to fit right into their self made relevance category hovering around 7 to 10 Ws per year for the next 2, possibly 3 years.

After that/as Dak declines, they will need "at least" another Romo or Dak type QB in order to continue their relevance/mediocre standard.

But I think It would be next to impossible for them to get that lucky with an UDFA or 4th rd QB again.
And don't even consider a credibly accountable coach in this whole future plan of success equation either.
I think this time they'll need a transcendent/generational QB just to maintain the Romo/Dak standards.

My opinion.
So yeah, not a cheery outlook from my vantage point.
