Why there is zero hope for this organization

There are three (3) glaring reasons why I threw in the towel a long time ago, and you should too if you were smart....and for the sake of your sanity and overall well being.

1. Refusal to go out and sign the best HC available....there is no salary cap on coaches....no need to say more.

2. REFUSAL to use Free Agency other than for Dollar Tree trash....the draft and development is only 2/3 of the equation.

3. Stats Prescott....under .500 against teams out of the NFC East after TEN Seasons. The following is why you should either quit watching or quit caring, so read closely and BE HONEST WITH YOURSELVES.

SCENARIO: We know that it takes either 3 or 4 games to win a Super Bowl depending on if you get the 1 seed or not...having said that, when have you EVER seen Stats win 3 or 4 games IN A ROW against top competition??? I'll answer for you....NEVER....and he NEVER will.

Bottom line is that NOTHING is going to change until Booger and Chuckles are both out of the picture....it seriously could be another 20-25 years....not kidding folks.

As long as this team is being run by Jerry as it's GM , it will never have meaningful playoff success.
He hasn't come close in 30 years.
He simply does not have the skill set.

For people saying posting on this site is a sign you haven’t given up, it’s not always the case. I’ve given up but still browse and occasionally post simply because I’ve been here 20 years and there are some characters and interesting stuff to read from time to time.

I didn’t watch a single Cowboy game this year. I’m done until numnutts is “gone”. What’s the point? So I can get myself all worked up over literally nothing?

We will absolutely not win a Super Bowl while Jerry lives. When and if Stephen takes over I’ll at least give it a chance in the beginning hoping he does things differently like hiring a real head coach and GM.

As a Brit, the tolerance levels i see from Cowboys fans towards the buffoon baffles me. He should be booed within an inch of life every time he shows his face. Even the thickest skinned individuals will eventually get worn down.

Have a quick Google at the Tottenham game this weekend and 60,000 fans chanting at the end.

Americans need to follow this approach.

90% of Dallas Cowboys fans think Jerry Jones is the greatest thing since sliced bread. They reason since he played football in college and owned the team when it did win a number of Super Bowls the blame for their issues in recent decades must lay elsewhere.

In my opinion and from an an onfield performance near future perspective, they will continue to fit right into their self made relevance category hovering around 7 to 10 Ws per year for the next 2, possibly 3 years.

After that/as Dak declines, they will need "at least" another Romo or Dak type QB in order to continue their relevance/mediocre standard.

But I think It would be next to impossible for them to get that lucky with an UDFA or 4th rd QB again.
And don't even consider a credibly accountable coach in this whole future plan of success equation either.
I think this time they'll need a transcendent/generational QB just to maintain the Romo/Dak standards.

Yeah I doubt they hit on tha UDFA or 4th round qb again as well. All Jerry’s hope hinges on Dak which is why i can see Jerry giving him a third extension (if he still has 2 playoffs wins after 2027, get rid). Because he doesn’t have the patience or the time to start over. If they continue ti approach the position like they hav been doing, they will be in some years of hurt.

Yeah that’s Europeans period. Chelsea fans held a protest before their game last week. Real Madrid fans whistled and booed their players this weekend as well. They hold their teams accountable over there.

I think we all know why we didn't make the playoffs.

Yes, as an owner for his team’s fans. But Jerry has been far more instrumental for expanding and elevating the NFL. I’d gladly swap those 2 though.

For the record I was all for letting him walk and picking a QB in the first round.. it was a crazy contract.
