I would be all over that idea like white on rice. (especially when it pertains to Rex)

i don't want the promote from within this time - i just dont' trust it. it's hard to do and it makes a lot of people think you're not "loyal" - but i just don't like where it's gotten us.

if you look at the ravens, their D has been a mainstay for a long time.

the kid is ready to step up, from my viewpoint. i've love to see jones interview him, his dad, his friends, his enemies...see if we feel this guy can do it.

sometimes you have to see through the forest to get to the other side. no idea what that really means but it sounds cool.
