That's a pretty stupid comment to make based off of a video on youtube. He has the skill set to be the best WR in the NFL, he was also an academic all-american.

It's a shame that non-Texans view the accent as a lack of intelligence.

He's got the right idea, I just feel like he's one of those players who's easily offended. I'm not sure why, it's just the vibe I get when I watch that video. I couldn't be happier with the pick, I just hope he proves to keep his mouth shut and worry about his game rather than the contract he's going to get.

What I gather from the part of the video where he stutters and says "I feel like I just need to maintain and stay where I'm at, I mean, no, I need to get better" is that he feels like he's already where he needs to be, doesn't need to get any better and can come into the NFL and make a big impact regardless of whether he works at it or not (even though this is possible). You can tell by the way he reacts to what he's saying and changes his mindset to "I need to get better" that's not what he's really thinking and only says this for the camera. He also seems to focus a little too much on his commercials and other things of the sort as if he's more excited about the endorsements and publicity he's going to get rather than playing in the NFL.

That's just me though, guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I'm happy with the pick, don't get me wrong, he's just not the most intelligent player I've ever seen and I feel like he's offended easily. I guess time will tell.

I agree he handled some of those question better than most of us would have. Asking if a guys mother is prostitute that guy is lucky to still have teeth in his head.

He may not be the most well spoken player, but I didn't see anything wrong in that interview.
