It's very doubtful.

The only way to tell is if he hires one single coach before he hires a head coach then it will be obvious the answer is no and he has no intention of hiring a coach and give give that much power.

That will drastically narrow down those wishing to come here.

Jerry needs to hire a coach and a gm. Until a REAL GM IS IN DALLAS, all we can hope for is the cowboys get LUcky

Same I think it's doubtful but maybe. He did it once maybe just once more. Take that chance, Hire Urban (now) because if you wait you won't be able to get him someone else will. Maybe that is why JG looked as pi55ed a the devil all game long maybe Jerry has made contact that matters. I hope so.

I could have understood him getting a big ego after being the owner who hired super bowl winning coaches but after 5-10-15-20-25 years of sucking you cant convince me this senile moron actually wants to win. It's like letting a 5 year old play a video game, they know the controls, but have no idea what they're doing and don't have the mental capacity to realize they suck. they are just having fun with it

Exactly.

It was bad enough his ego got in the way and ruined what could've been a more dominant 90's. And I actually thought he had finally came to senses after the three straight 5-11 Campo years and hired Parcells. But as soon as Parcells left Jerry went right back to taking full control while hiring puppets like Wade and Garrett.

The man doesn't really care about winning, only about being in control and playing fantasy football with a real team.

He might be ready for a good coach now, he knows he doesn’t have long.

How many liver transplants do you think he has had?

The way to tell is if he stops doing interviews and lets the head coach deliver the single consistent message outside the organization. Wow, did I just get possessed by Aikman for a second?
