Kris and JG will be co-HCs. Kris will control the D and JG will control the offense. JG gets timeouts in first half Kris in second half and they each get one challenge. If they need a tie breaker in a decision it will go to Stephen. Jerry will look like a genius for coming up with this great plan.

Kris will have to pry that red flag out of Garret's cold dead hands.

Clearly, Kris Richard is making a name for himself. If we as fans are noticing, I assure you NFL teams will do so too. The 'Boys must keep Richard on the team. They shouldn't let him walk after he's played such an important role in the performance of one of the best defenses in the NFL today.

If the 'Boys are to keep him though, leaving him at his current job will surely not be enough. We're talking about a guy who'll be getting a lot of phone calls once the season is over. Some of those calls will probably be for defensive coordinator openings and some might be about head coach openings.

Jerry hit the ball out of the park by acquiring Richard. Let's see if he'll announce the "big splash" by hiring Richard as the new HC at the end of the season. If so, this team will be going to the SB very soon.
Jason recruited Kris

When your job is on thin ice you do desperate things like get a coach clearly better than you on the staff.
What's Kris's record as a HC? What is history in recruiting coaches? Who will be his DC if he is running the entire team? Becareful what you hope for.

JG talked Kris into being a secondary coach when he could have been a DC on other teams.

I doubt it was a hard sell. A young talented group on America’s team. It’s not about being careful what I hope for. It’s about knowing what Garrett has done in Dallas

The thing you all have to keep in mind also, is once Garrett moves on, via being fired, resigns, or whatever, his coaching days are over! He won;t be like many other head Coaches, (Turner, wannstedt, Philips, etc) who moved to coordinator or other head coach slots. Garrett will never be found in the NFL again.

Nah, Jerry will let Richard walk and give mediocre Garrett an extension.
