Will McClay: Dez Bryant was inconsistent, couldn’t win one-on-one

How about this:

There would be a certain irony involved in Bryant heading to Green Bay. After all, the most famous catch that never was of Bryant's career came in a playoff game in Titletown back in 2014.

As Will Brinson reported for CBS Sports, that playoff loss to the Packers actually led Bryant to rule out the Pack as a potential landing spot.

Per Brinson, Bryant smiled and said: "It wouldn't seem right. Too much history."

Would he really turn down the chance to play with Rodgers on a potential Super Bowl team?

No. Dez would entertain the Edmonton Rough Riders at this point.

I still have a little trouble with NO ONE showing any interest.

Kind of bizarre.

Why would you have trouble with a team doing what is right for them. No on wants to pay or play a guy with an over inflated ego, mental migetry, and who is going to be a team cancer who doesn't have much ability anymore.

Can't remember a time I have seen this from a FO. They usually follow the silence route with no comments. Not only hasw this FLO been commenting but just short of attacking.

That's what happens when you have been fed up with something for way too long. It's a lot harder to take the high road.

Baltimore offered him a multi-year deal (before the draft), but he turned them down. Why? Because he's more interested in sticking it to the Cowboys.

Dude just isn't very bright.

Do we really know that for a fact? What were the terms? Three year deal at the vet minimum? The Ravens gave up a pick and a contract for Snead. I doubt the Ravens really wanted Dez.

This sounds more like Dez trying to drum up interest. Dez problem is anyone who has looked at his tape knows exactly what and who he is and no one wants any part of that.
