Whoever in the room is advocating for all these high risk, high reward players needs to go. Gregory, Jaylon, Lee, Carter.
How can anyone expect the team to be talented when the guys they pick are all crap shoots. Best one is Lee and it's a coin flip as to whether he can play.
Take the person who wanted Escobar, too. Just horrible decisions over the past 7 seasons has lead to a lopsided team that can't overcome the lack of coaching.

I still don't get why you take an unknown TE from San Diego St over Jordan Reed from the U of Florida.....if they wanted a Safety why take the Cornerback from UCONN instead of the Safety from the U of Alabama?????

Ya know what Will McClay does? He's the man who compiles the information so the decisions can be made by his superiors. He's nothing more than that.
So you don't really know how much he's to blame for this. I just know the draft history with him aboard has been waaaay overrated around here.

I saw the LT get by with a lot of holding.
The Cowboys will never get great pressure on GB because they hold on most plays but the refs rarely call them for it.
That's one reason the Cowboys used a lot of 3-man line and focused on coverage.
