Will the Eagles lay down...

Come on man, we have the best strength of victory in the conference, we're on a 4 game winning streak, Philly is without a bunch of key starters, and we're a Joe Gibbs coached football team with playoffs on the line. If we as fans can't be cocky about this game, we have no right ever being cocky.

PS. 14-13, 35-7 :)

A Commanders fan looking for love and some respect on a Cowboys messageboard on Christmas....My gosh..I have seen it all now  .

Not on the road, you don't.

First off, we beat you on the road, didn't we?

Secondly, we are 9-2 in the conference. Home game or not, we are good against the NFC. 2 NFC losses on the road. Philly aint beatin' us.

Best strength of victory.....

How easily you forget that Dallas dominated you for 56 minutes, and had we not given you a gift you would be going through your usual routine this time of year. How easily you forget that New York gave you one of the most vicious beating in the NFL this year. How easily you forget that you lost to Oakland, AT HOME, only a month ago.

And you are Skins fans, you have seen one playoff win since Dallas started winning a record 3 SBs in 4 years. Everytime I get a little pissed that we havent won a playoff game in 9 years, I just remind myself that I could always be a Commanders fan, and I feel so much better.

Who's looking for love? I'm just stating the obvious.

Correction. Roy Williams walked out to midfield and gave you the game, gift wrapped with a red bow.

Strength of victory

Washington .522
Dallas .467
NYG .447
Philly .371

Any other questions?

The Skins only played three road games against teams currently in playoff position--and lost all three.

I never denied that you didnt have the best "strength of victory" (as if that means anything before the playoffs start). I simply said that you cant lose to teams like Oakland at home and get wins like you did against Dallas and be cocky.

leave it to a Commander fan to completely hijack a thread not even concerning them...

Now you're just hiding your head in the sand. Pathetic.

If Roy Williams is 5 yards deeper on EITHER TD pass like he should have been, Washington doesnt win that game. It's that simple. You guys crossed midlfield ONCE before those 4th quarter miracles. Lucky doesnt even begin to describe it.

Dalals fans can acknowledge Philly handed us a win, why can't Commander fans just acknowledge it and move on? McNabb handed us the game just like RW handed Washington the game.

I think a four game winning streak that includes games against the Cowboys at 35-7 and the Giants 35-20 gives us a little right to be cocky when it comes to a team that is depleted with injuries and sports a 6-9 record.

Stop making excuses. You guys went to sleep and we beat you. If's and but's don't win games.

That's what Jacksonville said last year, and Minnesota the year before that.

Washington's road record: 3-4

And that's all that needs to be said.

Really? You honestly think we'll lose to Philly? Take of the blue and silver glasses and answer honestly.

They weren't coached by Joe Gibbs. His teams are good late in the season. I can pull stats if you want them.
