Will this be Dak's best season?

This forum has forgotten that the great almighty Aikman had the number one offense line and the number one defense and the best running back to date behind him. when he didn't have those luxuries, he lost!! Plain and simple. His fist year without those luxuries, he had a wopping 1 and 15 season!!!!! After the melt down, he lost as well, and we all blame Jerry for firing Jimmy. If the quarter back has that much to do with winning, why couldn't Aikman carry the team?
He started 11 games in 1989 with garbage weapons (except for Moose) and a defense that was ranked 24 out of 28. We were rolling out 38 year old Too Tall that year.

You can’t have a conversation with someone who doesn’t see a difference in Troy and Dak. There’s no logic in their argument.

Say what you want about the Cowboys chances if getting back to the playoffs or getting over the playoff hump.

Say what you want about having a new coaching staff or potential weaknesses at DT, OT or CB.

If I'm Dak Prescott, I'm looking at this season as a chance be my best. I've got 2 of the best WRs in the game. I've got weapons like Turpin and Blue with speed to burn. I've got a coach Schotty that isn't going to let me abandon the running game. I've got the best interior OL protection I've had since my rookie season. All I have to do is get that ball out of my hands quick and stay healthy.

Can he do that? If he can and the team can stay healthy, he has every chance to have his best season,

What say you?
How about this will be Dak's last season? Because it sure feels like it. Have seen this story way too many times....QB coming off injury...Only to get hurt again. That's when you know it's time. For whatever reason...we should have seen this....but we didn't. And for that...Gotta bad feeling we are gonna pay for it...Even though they have assembled a pretty decent team on paper.

Not gonna lie...your scenario could very well play out. I was adamant last year about not resigning Dak. Thought it was a terrible mistake. I guess the main point of this thread is Dak has been given the weapons needed to have his best season. Of course there are other QBs in the league that would thrive with the weapons we have now.

Has Dak gotten faster, more accurate? Can he stay in the game when it counts?
Even a healthy Dak doesn't give this astute man fan any hope.
Has it been 8 years, 9 years?
He needs a new start with a new sucker ... er with a new team.
Have we not learned anything during our Dak tragicomedy?
