Jerry isn't going to overpay. Dang if you do and dang if you don't around here.Lol lol lol right always happens give them a 2nd and the one in 2025
Yes it is. They tried last year with Cooks. And peters.Absolutely not.
Getting Henry would be admitting they did not make the right decisions this offseason and that’s just not how this FO operates.
We would get a comp pick back if he walkedI don’t get the logic of giving a premium pick for a short term rental
You’re likely competing against Baltimore. No way they want to keep him in the AFCThere is no question Henry will be traded. The Titans would be stupid to hold on to him only to lose him as a FA next year and get nothing in return.
They would still get a comp pick which is why they aren't trading him for a late round pickThere is no question Henry will be traded. The Titans would be stupid to hold on to him only to lose him as a FA next year and get nothing in return.
Then wouldnt the Cowboys be front runners there? You’re likely competing against Baltimore. No way they want to keep him in the AFC
NOT HAPPENING!Do you think we will end up with Derrick Henry before the deadline?
Do you believe in Santa Claus?Do you think we will end up with Derrick Henry before the deadline?
Not sure what you think is short term rental, but Henry seems to be in very good shape and we should get two maybe three years out of him. How long do you think we will be able to keep this current team together? Henry is a difference maker in moving the chains. He gives our defense a little more rest. When we get up on other teams, he will be a big asset to clock management so if we had to give up a second from next year, so be it.I don’t get the logic of giving a premium pick for a short term rental
A year later you get a low round draft pick, maybe. Depends on lts of factors what, if any pick you getWe would get a comp pick back if he walked
Little person...we might bring back the midget and activate him to the 53-man roster. that should make you guys happy.
Our honest effort at doing so will fall short. If the Cowboys were serious about winning a title they would be moving Mountains for this player.
Hes a force of nature and he’s literally the only RB in the NFL I think is worth making a big move for our team.
Derek Henry can overcome Dak when Dak starts to Dak like he did in San Fran.
That would mean signing him to a new deal. He’s a FA next year. And he would have all the leverage in negotiations. So you give a premium pick and a high dollar extension so a guy his ageNot sure what you think is short term rental, but Henry seems to be in very good shape and we should get two maybe three years out of him. Those are examples of the failures of the FO, continued faith in Tyron and they didn’t pull the trigger on Cooks at that time.Yes it is. They tried last year with Cooks. And peters.
