Will we get Henry?

My gut tells me that they do end up with making a deal for a RB. Henry feels like the obvious choice, just depends on the ask. I think Jerry is never afraid to make a trade, but the Cowboys clearly put hard lines in the sand on how much they will pay. With New England at 2-5 I'm surprised you dont hear more rumors about a Zeke reunion. Jerry loves the guy, and he should come very cheap while helping out the red zone offense.

Doubt it. They'd love to move him out of conference, but I don't believe Jerry is willing to part with draft picks or cap space.

Respectfully, I don't think Tennessee cares much about a trade within the AFC. A divisional trade, I could see them staying away from but not the entire AFC.

Why? You ask.
Well, because Henry will likely be done in 2 years, and it will take the Titans at least that long to re-load.

I think the Henry-to-Dallas talk is like all the rest of the rumors over the years. Of course there's a "Lloyd Christmas" chance if it happening. So, we'll see.

Do you think we will end up with Derrick Henry before the deadline?
I sure do hope so!

I haven’t been a fan of the decision to force Pollard into a RB1 role since the off season.

He was great as he was.

I understand we were limited on realistic chances to change things, with really the only option being to draft a RB in the first couple of rounds, but that doesn’t make it ideal.

This team would be well served to allow Hunter Luepke to complement Tony Pollard as a power back. I believe he'd do very well in that role!
