I've watched it several times.

For a lot of you that think "MB3 got tired in the 2nd half" and "Tony Romo choked", it wouldnt hurt for some of you to watch again.

I dont know that Barber got tired, but he definitely wasnt as effective. Maybe it was adjustments the NYG made at halftime...I have it as 11 carries for 28 yds or so in the 2nd half, and 10 or 11 was on one play.

As for Romo, I dont know why its so hard for some to admit he just played bad. He didnt "choke" but he did play poorly. And yes I know he had a couple balls dropped, but he missed several wide open easy one's himself, held the ball too long on several plays and threw a horrible pick at the end of that game (sure looks like Owens is open for an easy TD if you watch that replay from that one angle, and Romo never looks his way). The defense gave us the ball twice with a chance to win the game, once starting at our 44 and the other starting inside Giants territory, and he couldnt get it done.

I think people should watch that that infamous Crayton drop again. Yes, he'd have gotten the first down. But it's amazing to me that Aikman claimed that he could have scored on that play if he'd caught it. He only had, what, 65 yards to go? And there was a Giant DB just a few yards away. No way does the slow Crayton outrun everyone for a long TD. If anything, I think he'd have made maybe 10 yards before he was tackled... And maybe not even that much.

Also check out how horrible that call on Leonard Davis was -- one of the worst calls I've ever seen in my life. Absolutely inexplicable and inexcusable.

I barely remember the L Davis call, Lab. I don't have the game to re-watch... so remind me of that call, will you?

Basically, Romo went back to pass to his left (which IIRC was complete for a first down or very close), and Strahan had been knocked to the ground to Romo's right. I don't remember if Colombo has knocked him down or what. But he started to get up off the ground to go after Romo and Bigg came over and knocked him back down. Strahan rolled over and begged for a flag, and the official threw it. The ref said it was unnecessary roughness for "hitting a player out of the play" or some BS.

Keep in mind that Romo had just then let the ball go when the hit was made (so Romo still had the ball when Strahan was getting up to go after him), Davis didn't hit him in the head or the knee or anyplace dirty, and Strahan was only a couple of steps away from Romo. Bigg did nothing wrong but protect his QB. But it negated the completion, cost us 15 yards, and stalled another second half drive.

Just a disgusting call that goes against the oldest coaching command in the book of playing hard and playing to the whistle. I guess Bigg was supposed to stand there and watch his QB get hit instead.

I put that call in there. It really was a ridiculous call. The video is about 10 minutes long and I put all those questionable calls in there, though I dont think the officials beat us in any way. They ruined the drive on the grounding call but I still believe we should have won.

Thanks, guys. I remember that call now and it was utter BS.

I've never been one to blame the refs *cough, Commanders cough* because I think the team should take away that tiny margin where the calls can make or break a game... but there were a few in there that make you go, hmmmmmm.

Dallas really needs to do something to get the refs to quit calling Ware offsides when he isn't going across before the ball is snapped. That has cost us yards and big plays... and maybe games.
