I think it's fair to say, knowing Dak, that he'll use the negativity about his record-breaking rookie performances as motivation to improve and thereby cause the mediots to eat crow. I think he'll eventually leave no room for doubt that he's the real deal and they'll eventually have to reconcile themselves to his attributes.

Damn, Haley usually passes out compliments to other players, especially young ones, like they are manhole covers.

Actually has has ripped more players that he has praised.

He was on Randy Gregory's back from day 1 and Haley was not complimentary and that was in reference to on-field issues.

Haley even wore out his welcome with DWare back in the day.
