As it stands now, which team has the better interior d-line?

I would argue Cowboys if they could get a coordinator that knows what he's doing..

We also have Solomon Thomas, Perrion Winfrey and Jay Toy-ee-uh.

We won't do anything this year, but with a few additions the defense should be shaping up.

Did you really need to do this,

Did you really have to bring the Eagles into this?!!!

look man, I'm gonna have to go with the Eagles, because I've seen it done in big games, I see they're still leading the NFC, I still see them with the Super Bowl ring ,those dudes you're talking about did it in big moments...

So, I got to go to the with the Eagles, I hate to do it and that's why I'm just not really happy with you right now, you had to bring this in and if he's not a homer you're going to have to pick the Eagles because they are a proving commodity..

we haven't even seen Q.Williams play on our defense yet and by the way our defensive coordinator in this scheme, He's the completely opposite of their defensive coordinator they play a very aggressive defense We play prevent defense.ughh.

This is going to be an experiment are they going to be play Q will next to OSA more they going to play him next to Clark Moore or from what I read Solomon Thomas and him together have been one of the better run stopping groups in the NFL They literally both separately this year have one of the better run stopping win rates whatever that means.

Are we gonna actually see White cotton suggest to Matt that they do that more than you think IS puts Thomas next to Williams and see how that goes... Which before the season started it was a low key pick up but Solomon Thomas and I said it during the season that he was going to be 1 of our better lineman and he has been and it doesn't seem like it because he's being covered up by all the trash nobody's really talking about it but he's played really well when he's in there..

The point is they're gonna need to get it figured out before we can rate this group I mean you're just talking about names we need to see how they play together I don't trust Matt as far as that goes i'm not confident at all that he's going to utilize these new toys with Logan Wilson in the middle getting overshown back I mean it should be better he'll revel on the outside if this dude can't figure it out in the next eight games I know for a fact Jerry ain't letting him stay I know he wants to but this is an 8 game preview bud this is coaching for your life...

This position group is taken care of as is the WR room. There are problems elsewhere. Specifically LB and S.
This this is true but a lot of its injuries and stuff so we'll get to see this week Logan Wilson just got picked up and Overshown will be playing next to him against the raiders, and maybe when you sprinkle in a guy like Liafu ,now that group might look a whole lot better the last 8 games and it did the first...

I hope so but I don't know what to expect from Overshown and Liafu just isn't good. I hated the pick. Wilson I believe will improve the run defense.

But you can keep saying that ,but I know better, I like Marist ,he's just being thrown in there and expecting too much from him too soon, some guys need to develop, so when you take the pressure off and you bring him in among some better players with a better front in front of him..

you realize that all works together right the front 7, it's been all out of whack, I'd like to see these guys when it's back a little tighter and that includes getting Donovan Wilson back Malik hooker getting the veterans in there to give him another shot to see what it looks like with a better front that would swear it all starts..

You're allowed your opinion but II think you're wrong he's one of our more aggressive linebackers he plays hard he hits hard he's always looking to knock the ball out and yes he's got to learn to position a little more like gap control staying on your blocks a little longer but he can be taught that I just think Talent wise he's one of our better linebackers.

I'm going to say it again he can't help being thrown into one of the worst defensive schemes ever and then having just about everybody get hurt around them and not having a leader at all in Sanborn or Murray to help guide him at all so yeah let's be real here you can hate on the guy all you want some of them been saying that about OSA as well like he got paid and he's been a ghost it's not true when everyone started breaking down film and find out he's had a lot better year than you think but it's hard to see our eyes because the rest of it is so messy....

I would love to be proven wrong about Liafu.

Uh, the Eagles are the team to beat. They're the biggest bump in our road..

That's what I'm saying was completely unnecessary to start this post I mean you're just making my point for me they obviously have the better front 'cause it's proven they've played together ours haven't even played together and I am not trusting Matt Eberfles at all so at this point you already knew the answer the Eagles have the better front they have the better front 7. Like not just the defensive line So why even try to make the comparison now how about we wait till like I don't know 4 or five games in the next year then we'll kind of have a better idea we don't even know how this group's going to play together yet or how they're going to group it how they're going to put these guys next to each other..

We'll get a nice eight game preview of what this might look like and they better use every kind of combination of all these guys we have just to see what it's gonna look like but I wanna see none of this stupid cover 3 prevent defense 4 down lineman crap we've got the lineman now figure it out.

Eagles right now, but Carter is a real knucklehead
Yeah but the surprise for me though and I absolutely hate the Eagles Jordan Davis at one point was basically Mozzie I never really saw him dominate or be who he was supposed to be coming out But last year he improved and this year they said he lost weight he got on a diet he got into some programs for strength in the right places that he needed it and he is a different player those two blocked field goals I mean you see that dude run down the field for a touchdown that was insane He is now arrived. That is why you're supposed to be patient with your big uglies your nose tackles specifically it takes him a little while Mazi never got it, but Davis did davis is a different player than he was his first three years I mean he has absolutely arrived. He's faster but still is strong.....

If you're putting us down saying we're not doing anything this year why make the post as if we're competion with these other guys

I would argue we now have the better front. We just need the pieces around them. Like we out the pieces around Dak.

Putting us down?

Its obvious.

We already realize our season is over. I'm talking about going into next year. I still believe we have the better interior, on both side of the ball. Now we just need to fill in the holes.

You think the Eagles have the better front? Tell me why other than the Eagles team record.

I'm talking specifically about defensive interior. You're talking about the entire team.

Seems to me you don't understand the relationship between general and specific.

Or maybe you're just talking to talk, again, because of the caffeine or whatever. But not saying anything...

Remember Jalen Tolbert!

Look a little deeper. I respectfully disagree. I'll get back to why later.

I initially raged this trade a D-, but for next year I think it turns into a B-.

With the right additions, at least.
