Willis McGahee Can be had for a first day pick!

He's a better back than JJ (I know that's a matter of opinion, but it's mine) and I truly have not seen or heard of these so called attitude problems he has.

JJ splits time here, and his numbers this yr were similar to McGahee's best season...

JJ doesnt have knee problems...he has more speed and he fumbles less...

and if you dont know about the 'tude problems, you either dont pay attention or are choosing to have selective memory...there's a REASON the Bills want to dump this guy

I haven't followed McGahee much in the league but has he been an off field problem or just not productive.

I mean "turd" is kinda subjective.

Apparently he doesn't study much. I just read an article saying that there were many times when he didn't know what to do on plays. Teammates didn't think much of that..

niether do his coaches or ownership, and thats why they cant wait to dump him

on top of just not being that good anyway...he's ORDINARY

hard working kid who just came off a solid yr...stuck in an offensive system that might not be best suited to his style...has good speed...pretty fair receiver...good blocker...

2005 1247 4 td rushing 178 receiving
2006 990 6 td rushing 156 receving

and thats on some really bad offenses. if u think jj or barber could do better in buffalos offense, then i dont think i or anybody can change ur mind on whos better

Yeah I think we all wish Jones could give us 1128 yards and 13 TDs (which was McGahee's best season (I say best because of ypc & TDs). If that were the case no one would even think about moving JJ. If JJ were truly a francise type back he wouldn't be splitting carries. McGahee is a francise type back playing behind a very terrible offensive line (even worse than ours).

I certainly think McGahee has been more reliable than JJ thus far. In 3 years as a starter McGahee has missed 2 games while JJ has missed 11 games in that same time frame.

I will admit I don't follow the Bills too closely, but I honestly haven't heard all the negative things that some others have seemed to have heard. I think we took on the league's biggest headache in TO last season and IMO I don't think it was as bad as some make it out to be and probably the same thing could be said of McGahee in Buffalo.

It's all a matter of opinion, IMO I prefer McGahee, but I certainly wouldn't give up the farm to get the guy.

no doubt. Buffalo doesn't have 1/5 of the offensive talent that dallas does.

If you think Jones has been in a system or offense not suited for his style you should look at a Buffalo game.
