we aint going to win anything after that horrible showing yesterday

Hmmm...I don't see a platinum guarantee attached to that prediction.

I can actually see us winning the division at 8-8

Provided this team can win 2 more games.

Bears, Rams, Eagles, Commanders.... none of those seem like automatic Ws....not at the rate this team has been playing. The Commanders will be very motivated to play spoiler if that's what it comes down to.

Historically, we have not had much success in week 17 games with the playoffs on the line...

We’re getting to the time of year when Wentz suffers his annual season ending injury.

Eagles will not lose another regular season game. Cowboys gave them the opportunity they need.

Won their division at 7-9, not superbowl
Verily, but you have to be in the playoffs to have a chance to win the Super Bowl. And it’s certainly easier having the first game at home instead of playing all 3 on the road. Point being that winning the division with a 9-7 or 8-8 record doesn’t preclude a team from reaching or winning the Super Bowl. It’s about how the team is playing entering the playoffs.

Also, didn’t Pittsburgh win the Super Bowl as a wildcard with a 9-7 record?

It's a little different this year. Usually their defense starts to get healthy this time of year, and that's happening. The difference this year when their defense started to get players back their offense became decimated.

Whenever they get some of their offensive players back will determine whether they win the rest of their games.
