Actually, it looks like it's gonna be relatively warm for our game.

What was the ice bowl? Something crazy like -20 with wind chill?

16 below at game time. The sun set behind the stadium in the second half and the wind chill went to -46. It was so stark a change between the first half and second half that on TV, the game looked like it was in black and white. It was absolutely brutal.

At least Rodgers won't be very moble with his injury and then the weather. Good for us. Game most likely will come down who can run the ball. Our OL has to get lanes opened up for Murray.

I read a lot of people saying "Dallas can't play in the cold!" as if EVERY player on this team is from Texas or something.

But growing up in the North, 23 is nothing.

My main concern is how Murray's broken hand will be in the cold

I remember one of the announcers saying he needed to take a "bite" of his coffee.

Isn't their field heated?

From a 2012 article before the Packers - Giants playoff game:

According to The Times, the ground at Lambeau Field has been heated since 1967 when the franchise installed electric coils underneath the playing surface to keep the ground soft in frigid conditions. The only reason "The Ice Bowl" -- the 1967 NFL Championship game between thePackers and the Dallas Cowboys -- occurred was because the sub-zero temperatures overwhelmed the recently installed heating system.

In 1997, the Packers replaced the coil system with a series of underground pipes filled with a solution that included antifreeze. The Times reported the temperature of the field is controlled by field manager Allen Johnson. Temperatures are expected to be in the 20s during Sunday's divisional round playoff game against the New York Giants, but the newspaper reported the field should read at a comfortable 40 degrees.

If less than 6 people on the Dallas O and D combined are wearing sleeves, we're looking at a good day.
