No one actually knows whether he has lost weight. Mind you, he's still wrapped up as ever, so I'm not sure how anyone can tell one way or the other.

Ken Hamlin has bigger arms, but then again big arms don't really matter... They are almost and encumbrance; really a strong core and lower body is really what Williams needs.

Thats why you hardly see him sleeveless or wight tight compression shirts. He always wears the non form fitting loose shirts or he has in the last few years. He wasnt wearing that his first couple of years when he was 225.

Just being Devils advocate here, but Sean Taylor wears those same loose long sleeve shirts that Williams wears, and I have seen that dude in person, he is not small... Roy is just as cut.

Just being Devils advocate here, but Sean Taylor wears those same loose long sleeve shirts that Williams wears, and I have seen that dude in person, he is not small... Roy is just as cut.

Your right ST does... No explanation there..

Not saying Roy is soft but you wear long sleeve compression to keep body tight and warm. There is no reason to wear long loose sleeves other than not wanting attention drawn to your average arms. IMO

Again, how you can tell anything from a pic when he's completely covered? And I'm sure once he's put the pads back on, you'll have folks calling him biscuit and fat boy again.

I am only saying that he looks svelte from what I saw; granted he could have a biscuit gut and still have those chicken legs... : (kidding)

Honestly, at first glance he looked like a cornerback... but then again Anthony Henry looks pretty large for a CB himself.

I still think he looks a few sizes smaller...though you are right we don't really have an ******* clue about how he looks.
