With Romo: 5-9 record in December

You mean 5-9 after November, since that includes two January playoff losses. Obviously doesn't change the point, though.

12-23 in the 7 years prior. Your point?

Most people expected Romo to perform better Decembers than Quincy Carter, Ryan Leaf, Chad Hutchinson, Drew Henson, and Drew Bledsoe.

Funny that he hasn't. Maybe the problems within the organization extend beyond quarterback.

..and if football weren't a team sport, you might have a point.

I'm just saying. It goes beyond the QB position. Those 7 years I posted include some of Aikman's final years.

1998, 8 years back. 2-3.
1997, 9 years back. 0-3.

I'm really curious of just how much this team handcuffed itself by giving Romo that huge contract. I'm not saying I want Romo gone. However, I am saying I want there to be some competition at the position. Competition makes you better.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. not saying Romo is the weakest link, but I can throw out tired cliche's that don't really pertain to the point of discussions too.

Well, we could always bring back Quincy Carter.

Are you slow?

Lets have an open competition between Tony, Brad, and Bartle or whoever else is the PS QB. Wonder who will win.

In all seriousness... Giving Romo the huge contract and the keys to the Ferrari without offering a competing driver is an insane move...

Let me guess the next step in this stupidity... Matt Moore?

Of course you're going to say that Terrell.
