With the roster we have as of right now, who is your favorite Cowboy?

TNew, Witten, and JJ are also up there.

I do not have a favorite like I did when in the 80's it was Dorsett and Randy White or in the 90's when it was Troy fallowed by BIG E , Emmitt and Irvin...
I also really liked Hershel...
I would have to say right now I am hopping that Ware can develope into my favorite player and ofcourse I do like Big Hittin Roy....

Another thing on Offense there is No one for me that I really like...
witten maybe the best that they drafted but if a TE is going to be my favorite on the offense then he has to drag defenders with him or show a little more emotion ( hate to say this but kind of like Shockey)

this isn't the kind of team where one player really stands above the rest. roy is too quiet, except on the field. tnew ditto. witten ditto. ware is still a work in progress, as is canty, spears, james, et al. i'm hoping Ware becomes my favorite, but i'll settle for canty right now. allen was, but his days are numbered imo...

Ware, I think he is going to be bigtime. A lot of the reason I want Lawson is that he appears to be the same player.

I usually lean towards the WRs, Irvin was my favorite in the 90s. Big fan of Pearson's too, but I was very young then. So TOs ability is really exciting to me, but I do not like the way he acts at times.

I basically cheer for the uniform.

I agree and I think by this years end there will be plenty of Cowboys at least on the defensive side of the ball to really like and appreciate...
We had a lot of very good rookies last year and as rookies they not only couldnt show much in the personality dept but not only will they in there 2nd year be able to be themselves but they also could develop inot special players
I also like Canty and think he could be someone I will enjoy watching
