That saying has been around for years. I know it was said about Deion way back then and it was also used on Roy Williams his last year as a Sooner on his highlight video

When I was at the Eagles-Cowboys game in Philly this past year, and Roy picked that ball off and ran it into the end zone to win the game, it was pure euphoria for me in that moment - one of my favorite Cowboys moments of all time.
