I got bored and searched the word "Whitten" on the site and it came up with 274 threads. This is a message board for Cowboys fans. We should know how to spell the name of our 2-time Pro Bowl tight end. It's not like it's some crazy Eastern European 5-consonants-for-every-vowel surname. Let's join together and stop spelling "Witten" wrong. For everyone's sake.

What drives me crazy is when I see it happen in what are supposed to be articles. I've seen it.

to me, thats even worse.. and Ive seen it just as often as Whitten.. he is arguably the greatest Cowboy of all-time, and we still have fans spelling it wrong.. whats funny is that I have seen numerous times a post where someone is actually saying that 'Emmit' is the greatest player ever and this and that person's favorite player ever.. and they STILL get his name wrong! the guy is a living legend, at least learn how to spell his name..

Right. It just isn't that big of a thing. What is far more troublesome is random capitalization. It strikes where and when you least expect it.

You know... someone is Typing a sentence, and For some reason they just capitalize some Unimportant word.

It can be dangerous.
