What if he is the snitch- like the media says?
I would stand up and applaud him.
Witten is a leader on this team. He is a guy who if, owens is out of line, and when you call out your quarterback in september on a 3-1 team you are most certainly out of line, can say something.
and if they cant say something behind the scenes that gets through to him because the owner and head coach baby him, then witten and or romo should say something to him.
Its my opinion, that the minute he brought up the qb in public for no reason after the washington game the other 51 guys should have given him hell.
THe QB is off limits. Owens is a wr. There is a structure, he needs to fall in line.
Except that is one of his major flaws, his need to always challenge authority and make sure they know who is in charge of 81.
Laufenberg put it perfect. He burns down your house, then he calls the fire department and then he says thank god you guys came. Perfect.
I hope someday witten and romo let owens have it, but I know they wont because they dont do interviews with an agenda with deion sanders....at a high level....
