He can't run anymore. Holy ****. In what world is a TE who can't run AT ALL good enough.
sure hands , helps when you have WRs that drop the ball and a young QB

Go watch the Denver game again and tell me he's a good blocker.
Lol.. you mean the game where everyone on the team sucked marbles? The same game where Witten went 10-97yd-1td? I don’t need to see one game. I watch all the games and have seen Witten seal the edge plenty of times.. try again. I don’t have to defend how good Witten is. My main point is.. Dallas has young talent at TE. I agree that Witten needs to have reduced snaps so we can see what we truely have before we blindly start drafting players that may never hit the field. Besides the fact that the TE position is the least of Dallas’s worries

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten isn't planning on ending his playing career any time soon.
Per Jon Machota of the Dallas Morning News, Witten would like to keep playing for at least four more years.
"Hopefully I can play until I'm 40," Witten said. "Just taking it one year at a time."

You'd be hard pressed to find another example of one player single handedly impeding a run game like he did that afternoon.
Claiming Jason Witten is a good blocker is the biggest myth there is in the NFL. He's stiff as a board.

As long as noodle doesn't lolI hope he plays until he is 55
Dak will have a good season and Witten can help make it happen if Dak figures out how to lead receivers instead of making them stop for passes That is 1 of his bad traitsAs long as noodle doesn't lol

Dak needs competition for the starting job it was gone last season and it showed If no one signs Johnny football after the draft we need to cause he is as good as Dak and can force him to produceHuge problem with late passes... I like the kid... Just can't see him becoming that franchise guy we are hoping for. I haven't seen anyone change their mechanics that much that I can recall. Better be a dramatic change this year.
Jerry needs to put Witten on the same payroll as his hookers! And pay him to leave!!http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...ay-until-hes-40-amid-speculation-about-future
