Witten wants to play until he's 40

yeah watch Rico block.. somebody his size and he blocks like a baby bull.. lmao..... sheesh.. but that doesn't fit "the legend of Rico".......I hope they write a song about him too.. "he stood 6 for 8 285, the best TE alive,, big rico,, big rico.. big rico... oh oh"...

It's not just that we had numbers, but we kept an overload of 5 TEs on the roster to avoid losing them. If they didn't believe in the potential of Jarwin and Rico, they should have cut one.

They don't have to displace Witten. They just have to get snaps. They need some development and testing on the field.

Well, its a contradiction. If they believe in them, they should be on the field not just on the roster.

They believe in their potential. This year, they should give them a chance to show it. Gotta move on from Hanna and get the young guys on the field.

  1. I don’t believe for a nano-second that Witten plays past this season or the next.
  2. I’m very excited to see what happens with his numbers this year. Despite naturally declining speed, we’ve still seen Witten win in the seam, not in the distant past either. If the OL plays better this year and Witten is allowed to split out a little more, release without being kept in to block or chip so often, he may surprise the fans by posting significant numbers again.
