Dear Tony,

I wrote you, but you still ain't callin'
I left my cell, my IG and my Facebook at the bottom
I sent two DM's back in autumn
You must not've got 'em
There probably was a problem with the internet or somethin'
Sometimes I scribble numbers too sloppy when I jot 'em
But anyways, **** it, what's been up, man?
How's your sons?
My girlfriend's pregnant too, I'm 'bout to be a father
If I have a daughter, guess what I'ma call her?
I'ma name her Tony
I read about your demotion to Dak, I'm sorry
I had a friend kill himself over some coach who didn't want him
I know you probably hear this every day
But I'm your biggest fan
I even got your Fat Head in my bedroom next to my lamp
I got a room full of your posters and your pictures, man
I like the advice you gave to Dak too, that **** was phat
Anyways, I hope you get this, man, hit me back
Just to chat, truly yours, your biggest fan, this is JBell

Judging by Witten it's either too long to read or short and to the point...cliff notes?
It is a twitter image, so cant copy and paste, but it says how much he values their long friendship, and he was a great
person, and qb, and they will be friends for life, good luck in new career.

I wonder what happens when Romo is calling a Dallas game and Witten does one of his patented false starts.

Will Romo call it square?

49 false starts in 14 years.

I think you need a bit more to apply for a patent.

You think he will just deny his buddy jumped offside? Come on.

I'm too young to have experienced the "legends" of the Cowboys past generations. My first full season of following football was 1995.

But man, over the last 10+ years, we were witnesses to history. We watched a man navigate himself into Cowboys lore.

It's so strange to say this, especially since Tony never won a super bowl -- but I have a feeling that 20, 30, 50 years from now, he will be talked about with the same respect that the triplets are talked about.

Tony story didn't end in fairy-tale fashion, but he gave us all one heck of a ride.

I'm just glad I got to see it. Respect.
