Won't produce as long as we're neutered

I don't know about you guys but if I have to watch Micah being held so blatantly I'm about ready to stop watching football.

The officiating is so inconsistent it is taking arguably our most impactful player and completely neutering him by letting him be held on every play.

Conversely on the other side of the ball if Tyler Smith grabs anybody in the center of their chest for a half a second and let's go he's called for holding while we continue to have to watch Micah in a chokehold for half the game.
It's bad enough we have stupid players that commit stupid legitimate penalties and it can't be gotten under control by our coach.

But watching our generational talent most impactful player be neutered by inconsistent officiating or flat out prejudice against our team is becoming more than I can bear.

Jerry needs to take all the facts and the tape to the league office and get this straightened out because there is no way we can ever win a championship with things being officiated this way and I'm not crying and whining about the officiating I'm just stating facts.

Thoughts and opinions

I agree its kind of annoying cause if you think about it teams are gonna play to whatever advantage they get.

If they realize they can hold without being punished, why not hold till you are? Conversely if you are called for holding now you gotta change things up and that can lead to more pressures/sacks/less running lanes. It makes a difference when one team is called for holding, kills a drive or extends the opposing sides drive.

To say things like this dont effect the game are just macho brain dead comments. This doesnt just effect us either, its annoying to see it happen to other teams as well, absolutely boring to watch Mahomes go for a scramble and you see all the defenders blatantly being held so he gets that running lane, then some ticky tack hold is called on the other team.

Exactly and they're counting on casual macho braindead fans to watch the game and not question anything.
Someone on here could be creative enough to make a highlight reel if they had the game tape of all the holding being committed on Micah that's not being called they don't show it on the broadcast they keep it hidden pretty well but it's there and game tape would access it and Jerry should access it and take it to the league office.

What's worse is we make enough stupid penalties and shoot ourselves in the foot legitimately that stuff like the holding on Micah can be overlooked.

After almost 30 years I'm really wondering if the league has put Jerry on excommunicado as far as ever winning a championship because I'm sorry it makes no sense in how a man could be so successful in his life and somehow in 30 years not be able to luck out and build a team that could at least go to an NFC championship game there are some forces at work here that we don't see

It's impossible to believe there hasn't been a holding call in 10 games.

A game or two here or there I can accept. But 10 straight games???
Big dog I guarantee if you and I sat down and watched the true game tape not the broadcast because they hide it pretty well we would see at least four or five legitimate blatant holding calls on Micah again that would stop drives and give our offense the ball back.
If the game was officiated consistently I believe Michael would be in the running for MVP and legitimately be able to be put in the category of LT because teams would flat out have to alter what they did or suffer the penalties.

There is either some type of prejudice against Micah or Jerry or both but it feels like the league has put them on excommunicado as far as calling the game consistently

worst part is, i believe this has happened before, also to us, a few years back, maybe 2017 or 2018
It's almost like after 2000 it was laid down in stone in the NFL's version of The ten commandments that Jerry Jones wins no more championships.

Most times we make enough mistakes where it's not so blatant what the league is doing

But every so often we build a really good team and the league really has to pull the stops out and when you have a player like Micah that can absolutely single-handedly change a whole game you have to put some type of anchor on him or Jerry might actually be successful in spite of himself and the league seems to have done that by refusing to call the blatant holding penalties and of course the other teams are going to do everything they can write up to the point of being called on it

funny enough, on the '92 conference championship, niners throw it deep on the first play and it goes for a TD, Haley gets a holding call and its erased and the niners end up punting. Imagine Parsons getting a call like that lol

While I don't normally subscribe to conspiracies, I wouldn't put it past the owners to punish him for weekly media session. I know Trent Williams and others have their podcasts, but a Bleecher Report weekly podcast DURING THE SEASON? How stupid is that?

If you're a sore loser aka winner...you don't want a weekly podcast!!!

You’re right about Tyler. He gets a holding call in almost every game. I think if we had more pass rushers Micah might get the benefit of the doubt. He’s the only one however that can really do anything on the Dline.

There's no question of anti-Dallas bias in NY. None.
