Pollard or Zeke. It doesn't matter what happens either way we'll have a good running back.
Zekes still the better back, I just want him to stay 3 more years. He needs to stay long enough for Tyron and Tyler to get a full season together. Then he’ll go back to getting 100 every other game:

Forget all that. Just let him go. I like both our backs but it doesn't matter. Get whatever one of those FA backs that you like that will sign for 5-8mil/yr and draft one. Repeat every 4 years.

Would you take a paycut at your job?
If I liked my job and all of the alternatives of the pay cut was me making equal or less money then yes ?

Alot of those scenarios are actually going to happen in my area Q1 and Q2 of next year (layoffs for bloated salaries and demotions)

If I worked in a super niche industry (which I actually do) and there was literally NO other alternatives on the basis of me having an unrealistical salary, then yes. That's called business and it happens all of the time in the NFL.

It's already happening in my area due to the recession. Bloated salaries are getting cut and they can't find the same salary elsewhere. Or the classic "where laying you off/no longer going to staff your position but your free to take this lesser role at a lesser salary".

If your doing a market rate 100k a year job for 300k and the company says "where laying you off but you can stay for $130k" what do you think i'm going to do ? Call their bluff ? (yeah lets see Zeke do that)
